Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MirrorMagic Games Ltd (Cyprus), the operator of Crosspost ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Crosspost. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit it to the platforms you connect, and to generate derivative content when you request it. You're responsible for the content you publish and for following each connected platform's own rules.

Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short:

• Don't use Crosspost for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to violate a platform's terms or rate limits.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Violations can lead to immediate suspension or termination (see the AUP for the full policy and how to report abuse).

AI-generated content

Crosspost can generate text and images. AI output may be imperfect or inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. Nothing is auto-published without your action.

Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time: your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then falls back to the Free tier - nothing is lost except the paid limits.

Refunds for purchases made on crosspost.media: if you haven't used any AI generations in the current billing period, we'll refund that period in full - just contact us at hello@crosspost.media. Once AI features have been used in a billing period, that period is no longer refundable: every AI generation incurs a real, immediate cost with our inference providers the moment it runs, and by using the AI features you ask us to begin providing the service right away. If a plan turns out to be more than you need, you can downgrade for the next billing cycle or cancel and keep access until the period ends.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for those purchases follow the store's own refund process (in the iOS app: Billing > Request a refund, or reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android: Google Play's order history). We can't issue App Store or Play refunds directly.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a third-party platform will accept every post (platforms set their own API rules and limits). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Crosspost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where MirrorMagic Games Ltd is established.
